COCO.
COCO is designed to reduce sensory overload and anxiety within the concert environment.
COCO addresses common pain points for all concert goers, as well as zoning in on key users such as neurodivergent attendees while minimising the stigma often associated with sensory aids.
Made for the music. Designed for you.

THE PROBLEM.

Sensory overload is when someone feels overwhelmed by environmental imputs such as sudden touch, bright lights or loud noises.
Although sensory overload can happen to anyone, this is most common in those with autism, ADHD, anxiety and PTSD.
Music is a common coping mechanism for managing otherwise challenging environments, however when it comes to seeing music live, many who experience sensory overload feel shut out and isolated due to struggling with the number of unpredictable variables.

COCO is a service that provides concert attendees with information and features such as LED effects, crowd view, environmental updates, friends, SOS and more!
All attendees are given one free of charge, allowing everyone to feel included and part of the experience. At the end of the concert, COCO is returned to be cleaned and serviced, before being used once again. The user keeps the artist branded lanyard afterwards - this helps with decreasing COCO theft for 'memorabilia', while still giving the user a unique item to remember the concert by.
FEATURES.
COCO shines in a range of colours, that when combined in large crowds, create beautiful patterns and gradients.

Environment Updates notify the user if changes such as strobe lighting, special effects or noise changes are about to happen.

Users can link their COCOs with their friends so they can see things like location or if they’re in distress.
Crowd view allows users to see where they and their friends are in the venue. The shade of colour represents crowd density.
